I selected Sunset PM because their rate was very competitive and they were very prompt in providing a proposal and answering all of my questions. I have used them for over a year and could not be happier. They took care of upgrading the unit including paint, carpet and necessary maintenance and saved me money in the process. In a tough market they found a long term renter and have handled all of the lease and property management issues. Since I live on the east coast I needed someone local who could take care of everything for me and they have put my mind at ease. Monthly rental fees and reports are always on time.
