Our Story
Sunset Property Management has been a 10-year collective effort between Andrew Grinnell and Mike Nicksic. Although the name, Sunset Property Management wasn’t in place until February 2011, the company has been in the works since 2001.
Working for companies like Prudential, Lee & Associates and Re/Max, we have gained knowledge and expertise that sets us out from the crowd. Our past work includes the management of over 250 properties and placement of over 500 tenants. We have been building our portfolio of managed properties for the past decade.
In a time when many businesses are cutting back, Sunset Property Management is looking to expand. We are confident in the services we provide and see a bright future for us here in San Diego.
Andrew D. Grinnell and Sunset Property Management have been active on a national level, in
leasing and managing commercial office/retail spaces and multi-family buildings for clients
and investment firms since 2007 and has been in the business since 2001.
